- Jim Johnson & Co., founded in 1983, is the successor to two previous proprietors serving Walla Walla and surrounding communities since 1947.

The original firm was founded with the goal of providing the highest quality accounting and tax services to a broad range of businesses and individuals. In 1983, after eight years with the firm, Jim Johnson purchased the firm and renamed the company as it exists today.

Jim Johnson & Co. caters to a wide range of businesses that include wholesale, retail, service, distribution and professional practices.

We have significant experience in payroll processing, accounting and financial statement preparation, individual and business tax planning and preparation, manual system conversions, software consulting, business finance solutions and entity determination, business plans, valuations, and loan package assistance.

We represent clients from a number of surrounding cities and towns in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. If you reside in an area not included, we can probably serve you as well.
